Roasted Beets



How to Roast Beets
  • Remove stems
  • Using a brush scrub beets clean
  • Lightly brush with vegetable oil and wrap in foil
  • Bake at 400 F for 45-60 minutes, or until you can easily pierce with a fork
  • Unwrap the beets and let them cool a bit. 
  • Use your fingers under warm water to peel the skins off.
Enjoy roasted beets as a side or in a salad.
