Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes



With the tomatoes I took home from the Farm Fresh Box I decided to try something new. Typically at my house fresh tomatoes get used on sandwiches, in salads and sometimes just eaten whole.

So I made super easy Parmesan roasted tomatoes.
We ate them with dinner but everyone agreed they would be delicious with eggs for breakfast.

  • Preheat oven for 425 F.
  • Wash the tomatoes and slice in half
  • Place cut side up in a baking dish




  • Sprinkle with ground black pepper and Parmesan cheese


  • Bake in the oven for about 12-14 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown
