Green Smoothies

Today I'm going to show you a delicious way to add vegetables and fruit to your breakfast.

Green Smoothies are a family favourite in my house - seriously! To be honest I was doubtful at first too but you really just have to give it a try.

Green Smoothies

  • 3 cups of spinach
  • 1 cored apple (skin on)
  • 10 frozen cherries
  • 6 large frozen strawberries
  •  2 cups of water
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes three large smoothies. Feel free to use whichever fruits you enjoy.
