Jazzing Up Water





We have all heard this recommendation “drink 8 glasses of water each day” Check out our post about water, to learn how much we need and why it's so important. 

Water is the best way to stay hydrated but I often hear people saying they don’t like the taste of water or they get bored drinking water all day long.

Here are some easy and inexpensive ways to flavour your water and add some variety to your life.
Citrus fruit – like lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit
Cucumber and mint
Apple slices
Pomegranate
Mixed berries – both fresh and frozen work well.
