Carrot Chips
Ingredients
- 2 large carrots
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Wash and peel carrots.
- Peel carrots into ribbons or cut into thin coins - try your best to make the chips the same thickness
- Toss carrot chips with oil, ginger and cinnamon
- On a parchment paper lined baking sheet place carrot chips in a single, flat layer
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned
- Remove from oven and let stand for 3-5 minutes. This will help them crisp.
- Enjoy or store in an air thigh container for 5-6 days.
