Homemade Granola




Ingredients

Granola
  • 1/4 cup. Oatmeal
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup. Dried Fruit (diced apricots and raisins)
  • 1/4 cup. Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup. Slivered almonds
  • 3/4 cup. Shredded coconut
Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 

Directions
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix in your sauce
  • Pour the granola onto a pan, and even distribute the granola around the pan
  • Put in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes
  • Take out of oven and stir the granola around
  • Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes
