How to Roast Beets
- Remove stems
- Using a brush scrub beets clean
- Lightly brush with vegetable oil and wrap in foil
- Bake at 400 F for 45-60 minutes, or until you can easily pierce with a fork
- Unwrap the beets and let them cool a bit.
- Use your fingers under warm water to peel the skins off.
