'Tis the
season for holiday parties…and with holiday parties delicious appetizers!
To
try to add some vegetables to a party spread, I recently made these Caprese
salad bits served with a reduced balsamic glaze.
They were
easy to assemble – easy enough for little helpers, looked amazing and tasted
even better.
You’ll need:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil, cut large leaves in half
- Cocktail size Bocconcini cheese, cut in half
On a
toothpick add the cheese, basil and tomato.
While I was assembling the bits I made
Natalee’s balsamic glaze.
Done & done! (It really was that easy)
