Recipe
Mix together:
- 4 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tbsp. cumin
- 4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
Store in an air tight container. Use about 2 tbsp. of spice mix for 1 lb. ground meat.
This is an easy recipe for kids to help with or do on their own. Have them double or triple the recipe to practice math!! Who say cooking can't be fun?
