Lemon Vinegar
- Peel the skin of one lemon (use a vegetable peeler)
- Place peel in mason jar or another contain with a lid.
- Add 1 cup of white vinegar.
- Refrigerate for one week and strain/remove the peel.
Your lemon vinegar is now ready to use.
