Diaries of a Dietitian Nutrition Month Give-Away

The Prize

• All entries are eligible to win one of three Kitchen Aid Hand Immersion Blenders.
• There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.
• Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash.

Eligibility

• Only Perth County residents will be eligible to win.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Perth District Health Unit staff and immediate family members of staff are ineligible to win prizes.

Duration

• The Nutrition Month Give-Away runs from Monday March 3, 2014 8:00 am to Sunday March 30, 2014 11:59 pm EST.

• Step #1 Like our Face Book page Diaries of a Dietitian
• Step #2 Answer one of our weekly questions.
•  Each week a new question will be posed to our readers on our Face Book page Diaries of Dietitian. Each answer will be entered into the draw.
• Week #1 March 3-9 – Tell us a healthy snack you like to make with your children
• Week #2 March 10-16 – Tell us a recipe you have tried or plan to try from our blog
• Week #3 March 17-23 - Tell us a meal you make it a hurry
• Week #4 March 23-30 – Tell us something you’d like us to blog about
• Duplicate entries will not be entered into the give-away.

Winners

•  Prize winners are selected by random draw.  Selected winners will be required to answer a simple skill testing question. 
• Winners must be able to pick up their prize from the Perth District Health Unit in Stratford or Listowel.
• Winners will be drawn on Tuesday April 1, 2014. The odds of being selected will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the give-away period.
• The Perth District Health Unit will make reasonable efforts to contact potential winners by Face Book messaging within ten (10) business days following the date of the draw. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not meet the eligibility, he/she will not win any prize. In this event, another name will be drawn.
• Give-Away judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
• By entering this give-away, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by the Give-Away Sponsor.
