This past
summer I decided to serve baked sweet potato. We cooked them on the BBQ just
the same way we would make a baked potato and they turned out better than
expected!
I have since
made them in the oven. The flavour from roasting them is delicious and they
don’t need anything added to them.
Scrub the
skins under warm water.
Bake at 425
degrees F for 45-75 minutes (depends on the size) until a fork can easily
pierce through the middle.
