Michele shows us how to make a basic meatball.
Meatballs
2 lbs of ground beef
2 lbs of ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup water
¾ cups of bread crumbs
Dry mustard
salt and pepper

1 large onion diced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190 C (375 F).
- Mix the eggs, breadcrumbs, diced onion, and seasonings together before adding ground beef. Have fun mixing with your hands.
- Role equal amounts of the meat mixture into a ball and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes, until the middle of the meatball reaches a temperature of 71 C (160 F).
- Freeze in containers so they are ready to enjoy anytime!
Variations:
You could add other spices to change the flavour of your meatballs. Try:
- curry
- cumin
- oregano
- basil
- red pepper flakes
