Michele shows us how to easily make apple sauce by baking the apples and you don't have to peel them.

Baked Apple Sauce
- wash apples and cut in half
- remove seeds and stems
- place cut side down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- bake for 30 minutes at 375 F
- when cooled remove skins
- transfer apple flesh into a bowl and puree
